THE GREAT WOK OF CHINA SUVA is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold high service standards. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in the F&B sector, with proven experience in coffee and mixed drinks.

You will lead recruitment, training, and performance management, implement policies and procedures, and monitor stock and ordering to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Diploma or a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in F&B.
• Experience creating coffee and mixed drinks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service.
• Manage staff recruitment, training and performance to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and implement restaurant policies, procedures and protocols.
• Monitor inventory and ordering processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with patrons to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
