Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in property, condominium, residential, facilities, or building management.
• Strong knowledge of residential/condominium property operations, budgeting, maintenance, and customer relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle sensitive resident/client concerns professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management-related systems.
• Professional certifications or Real Estate Management/Property Management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties including services, engineering, security, housekeeping, and admin.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, associations, residents, and stakeholders via updates and service excellence.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, collections, disbursements, and financial performance to meet targets.
• Lead on-site teams, provide guidance, training, and accountability for responsibilities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance.
• Handle resident requests, complaints, incidents, and service concerns with timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, safety standards, and local rules.
• Coordinate contractors, review service delivery against contracts and timelines.
