Somewhere is seeking a proactive Leasing & Operations Associate to support residential leasing and broader property operations in the Philippines. You will handle lead generation, inquiries, lease workflows, and coordination using AppFolio, while maintaining high‑quality communication with residents and prospective renters.

The role requires about 40–45 hours per week with weekend availability, and a strong emphasis on process improvement, ownership, and organization.

Qualificações

• Residential leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to ask for work, identify opportunities, and continuously improve.

Responsabilidades

• Generate, monitor, and follow up with prospective renter leads.
• Respond to inbound inquiries within 10 minutes during working hours.
• Manage leads from initial inquiry through lease completion or documented outcome.
• Respond to leads from AppFolio, website inquiries, email, and housing forums.
• Guide prospective renters through the leasing process with ownership mindset.
• Identify roommates to fill 3-bedroom or larger apartments.
• Identify opportunities to automate lead management with templates and follow-ups.
