Job summary

Shore360 is seeking a skilled Cost Takeoff Specialist to perform takeoffs for Multi-Family and Single-Family residential projects, review drawings, and analyze project costs. You will support job costing meetings and track progress across production stages to ensure accurate, timely information for the team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction or project management, hands-on takeoff experience, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, project engineering, or assistant project management.
• Hands-on experience performing construction takeoffs.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and analyzing project costs.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction takeoffs for Multi-Family (For Rent) and Single-Family Residential (For Sale) projects.
• Review construction drawings and itemize plan revisions and delta changes between drawing sets.
• Analyze project costs by comparing completed job costs against takeoff quantities.
• Track unit counts and assist with weekly job cost forecasting.
• Support weekly job costing meetings and project progression through various production stages.
• Assist in monitoring projects across stages including Trenching, Exterior Prime, Production, After Carpets, and Completed.
• Maintain and update Supply Pro Recordables.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project information.
