Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor for SM City Tarlac to oversee electro-mechanical equipment operations, planning repairs, maintenance, and replacements to ensure safe, efficient mall operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a Professional License. Supervisory experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or construction on high-rise facilities is preferred, with strong compliance to mall regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Professional License holder in related field is required.
• Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the mall’s equipment operations to provide utilities for mall operation; plan and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems.
• Provide direct planning and supervision for electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management.
• Support tenants’ utility requirements and promote mall-wide regulations and policies.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall.
• Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management;
• Supports tenant’s utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Professional License holder in the related field is required.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)
