Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to supervise the mall's electro-mechanical operations, ensuring safe and efficient utilities for day-to-day operations at SM City Clark.

The role involves planning and supervising maintenance, repairs and replacements of MEPFS equipment, and providing support for tenant utility requirements while enforcing mall policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with professional license.
• Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and supervisory roles.
• Experience with high-rise building operational equipment.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall.
• Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management;
• Supports tenant’s utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Professional License holder in the related field is required.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)
