Job summary

SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation) is seeking a qualified engineer to supervise the mall's equipment operations and oversee maintenance, repairs, and replacements of MEPFS equipment for safe and efficient operation.

The role includes planning engineering activities, project management, and supporting tenant utility needs while enforcing mall-wide regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional License holder in the related field.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity.
• Working experience in managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the mall's equipment operations to provide utilities for mall operation.
• Plan, repair, maintain, and replace MEPFS equipment and related systems.
• Direct planning and supervision for electro-mechanical engineering activities and project management.
• Support tenants' utility requirements and enforce mall-wide regulations and policies.

About the role

Responsible for the supervision of the mall's equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management. Supports tenant's utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.

About you
