Job summary

MGallery Hotel Collection in the Philippines is seeking a Reservations professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department and contribute to exceptional guest, colleague, and owner/investor outcomes.

You will develop staff training, stay up to date on hotel products and promotions, and coordinate rate offers and promotions while ensuring accurate, personalized guest information. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 3 years of experience in guest services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Reservations department, contributing to goals for Guest, Colleague and Owner/Investor outcomes.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel's information, services, and promotions; keep promotions up to date across guestrooms, F&B outlets, and concessions.
• Develop or conduct staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs and new skills.
• Assist in coordinating new rate offers including rate building, defining operational flows, and communicating offers to the hotel community.
• Ensure information provided to guests is accurate and individualized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department, contributing to exceptional results in Guest, Colleague and Owner/Investor goals and outcomes.
• Be Knowledgeable about the hotel's basic information, have a comprehensive understanding of all hotel products, facilities and the various services offered throughout the hotel, whether it be about guestrooms, food and beverage outlets or concessionaires. This information should be kept up to date to include any and all promotions.
• Develop or conduct staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to the needs of the business.
• Assist in the coordination of new rate offers including rate building, determining operational flows, communicating offers to the hotel community, and deficiency testing
• Ensure information provided to guest is accurate and individualized
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 3 years of experience in the area of guest services.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
