Job summary

Nestify in the Philippines is seeking a reservation agent (UK market) to create and manage property listings across mid-term rental platforms, assist landlords from marketing to move-in, and deliver exceptional service to applicants and landlords.

The role reports to the Letting Manager, is fully remote in the Philippines, with Monday–Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm UK time, and offers a full-time freelance contract with competitive pay and opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years work experience in sales, sales negotiation, or similar letting/administrative role
• Advanced level of English (C1 or C2)
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Create and manage property letting listings on mid-term rental platforms
• Respond to and manage prospective tenant inquiries within 24 hours
• Build strong relationships with guests to ensure ongoing business
• Manage tenant payments, rent collections and deposits
• Schedule and oversee pre- and post-property inspections
• Collect and maintain data on inquiries, preferences and feedback
• Stay updated on rental market trends to keep listings competitive
• Support the Lettings Team with tenancy agreements, renewals and admin tasks

About the Position

The reservation agent (UK) is responsible for creating and managing property listings across various mid-term property rental platforms for the UK market. As a reservation agent you will play a key part in helping guest to find the right property, working with your landlords to support them in the renting process from marketing through to negotiation, progressing to the final move-in day. Throughout this you will be offering exceptional customer service to your applicants, landlords, and other parties. The position reports to the Letting Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and manage property letting listings - Develop and maintain accurate and appealing property listings across the mid-term property rental platforms.
• Process and track tenant inquiries - Respond to, process, and manage prospective tenant property renting inquiries by providing detailed information about available rental properties within the next 24 hours.
• Guest Relations - Build strong relationships with potential guests to ensure potential ongoing business and to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process.
• Payment and Collection Management - Manage tenant payments, rent collections and renting deposit returns.
• Oversee, schedule and manage pre and post property inspections;
• Data Management - Gather and maintain data on tenant property inquiries, property preferences, and tenant feedback to continuously improve the Company's property letting service.
• Market Awareness - Stay updated on property market related rental trends and ensure property rental listings are competitive and reflect the latest property rental listings.
• Support the Lettings Team - Collaborate with the wider property reservation team to ensure all administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, renewals, and property management are completed efficiently.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Work Experience

• Preferably 2 to 3 years work experience in sales, sales negotiation, or in a similar letting and/or administrative position
• Advanced level of competency in English (C1 or C2)
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal communication)
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Excellent ability to pay attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A positive and professional attitude when dealing with landlords and tenants
• Be technologically savvy - working with various software applications

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am to 6:00pm (UK time)
• This position is based in the Philippines (Remote)
