Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks a resourceful Research Analyst to support business development by identifying and validating decision-makers within targeted U.S. organizations and related ITAD and reverse logistics domains.

The role emphasizes researching organizational structures, cross-checking sources, and delivering accurate contact details (names, titles, emails, direct numbers) to empower outbound prospecting and CRM maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience researching Fortune 1000 companies, OEMs, Data Centers, Hyperscalers, telcos or other large enterprises.
• Knowledge of ITAD, Asset Recovery, electronics recycling, reverse logistics, supply chain, EOL asset management.
• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based business development or enterprise sales teams.
• Experience using AI-assisted research tools to increase research speed and accuracy.
• CRM organization and data-maintenance capabilities.
• Strong Excel and Pivot Table experience and data-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Research target organizations, including OEMs, Data Centers, Hyperscalers, Fortune 1000 companies, telecom providers, and other enterprises.
• Identify stakeholders responsible for or influencing ITAD, Asset Recovery, e-Scrap, EOL asset management, and reverse logistics.
• Investigate organizational structures and determine where responsibilities reside.
• Verify and document full names, titles, emails, direct phones, desk numbers, and department information.
• Maintain accurate lead and company data in CRM; provide actionable lead intelligence for outbound prospecting.
