Responsibilities

• Evaluate new raw materials for product development and possible raw material substitution.
• Conduct research and formulate new products coordinating with sales and marketing team.
• Set standards for the new and existing products including the shelf life.
• Research and formulate new products with sales, marketing and Technical Manager.
• Perform physical testing on liquid properties and film properties of applied new developed product.
• Set standards for the new and existing products including the shelf life of the products.
• Design manufacturing procedure for the new developed product to train the production personnel on efficient processing.
• Supervises first production batch of new developed product to train the production personnel on efficient processing.
• Prepares samples of new developed product for customer's evaluation.
• Coordinates with sales and marketing team for any concerns with regards to new projects and samples submitted.
• Create and revise BOM, test procedures, and specifications whenever there are changes.
