Job summary

This role is responsible for carrying out assigned technical product development projects (including process development) under close supervision of superior. Analyze objectives, prepare and execute appropriate experimental designs, interpret results of experiment and recommend actions based on results of project work to support business goals for one or more product category.

• Prepare technical feasibility assessment based on own technology know-how, supplemented as required by investigation of published literature, consultation of internal/external resources, and performance of exploratory experimentation to evaluate feasibility of achieving project objective.
• Carry out multiple product development projects at any one time.
• Ensure compliance of technical programs and procedures with government regulations and corporate standards for product, product safety and quality.
