Job summary

UL Solutions External Career Site seeks a Compliance Research Associate to support regulatory requirements tracking and data management for multiple countries. You will ensure timely research submissions and maintain knowledge tools to drive quality in UL's services for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory sources, adhering to UL's Code of Conduct and security practices, and collaborating with teams to continuously improve risk and compliance processes.

• Acquire compliance requirements required to access specific countries.
• Monitor sources and manage news updates in knowledge tools according to defined guidelines.
• Keep track of all the research submissions and operate to meet deadlines.
• Manage data in knowledge tools and apps.
• Actively participate in teams to continuously improve and drive quality into UL's service to the internal and external customer.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.
