Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Accountancy, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of regulatory compliance, legal research, or financial services experience.
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills with clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Monitoring & Research across MAS, Australia, Hong Kong, and the United States.
• Prepare weekly and quarterly regulatory update summaries for management and client reporting.
• Update internal templates and precedent documents with regulatory changes.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating compliance manuals, policies, and risk assessments.
• Support client engagements and regulatory briefings as required.
