About the Role
This Research Analyst position is a highly influential and critical component of our organization's business development strategy. You will serve as the primary intelligence provider, driving the effectiveness and momentum of our entire sales pipeline. Your research directly informs and empowers the Lead Generation, Business Development, and Marketing Teams.

Key Responsibilities
You will conduct comprehensive, high-quality research and analysis daily, focusing on:
1. Market & Client Intelligence (The Core Research)
- Vertical Mapping: Research and interpret trends across verticals, sectors, and industries.
- Company Profiles: Deep-dive analysis of prospective clients, including:
- Financial Health: Finances, stock market data, strength, and growth opportunities.
- Strategy & Structure: Business practices, strategies, products/services, competition, and executive leadership hierarchy.
- Strategic Alliances: Identify and research potential business partners and strategic alliances.
2. Pipeline and Lead Generation
- Qualified Leads: Generate and provide highly qualified leads based on Vertical and Marketing Plan criteria.
- Marketing Insight: Deliver key details about our target audience to support and refine Marketing strategies.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, factual, and accurate documentation of all findings for immediate team use.
3. Event and Data Management
- Event Research: Compile detailed information on relevant events (virtual, local, regional, national), including attendee lists, speakers, itinerary, and associated costs.
- Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of documents, statistics, and data, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Education: High School or equivalent diploma required. A 4-year degree or a related College Diploma is preferred.
- Experience:
- Direct work experience in research is preferred.
- Direct work experience in a sales or telesales role is beneficial.
- A minimum of 1 year of BPO or call center experience is preferred.
