Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in reporting/analytics with dashboard creation and data automation.
• Expertise in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and automation platforms.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with digital technologies, data analytics, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage KPIs and reporting metrics aligned with business goals.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards to provide real-time, actionable insights.
• Lead efforts to automate data collection, transformation, and reporting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance policies.
• Work with business leaders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, quality, and speed.
• Understand and comply with HIPAA & SOC2 requirements necessary in working with designated PHI.
• Ensure compliance with the client's IT security requirements and policies and notify the client of any IT security incidents per policy 16.0 Information Security Incident Management.
• Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
