MicroSourcing in Libis, Quezon City, seeks a Reports Administrator to manage appraisal orders from start to finish. You will coordinate with customers, account managers, homeowners, AMCs, and title companies to ensure timely delivery and accurate status updates.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to move loan applications toward close in a fast-paced fintech/real estate environment.

• Communicate proactively with customers, AMCs, title companies, and managers.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely report delivery.
• Update internal queues and databases with clear, transparent notes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring loan applications to close.

Your Role

• Knowledge of common credit underwriting standards and asset evaluation.
• Experience with Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) or Title companies.
• A strong interest in consumer fintech and process improvement.
