Job summary

Mace is seeking a Reporting Engineer to support programme reporting, analytics, and BI solutions. You will coordinate and deliver weekly and monthly reports, build dashboards in Power BI, and enable data-driven decisions for internal and external stakeholders.

You will work with project teams, PMOs, and tech teams to refine data models, automate reporting, and ensure timely, accurate outputs. This role offers flexible/hybrid arrangements within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, data analysis, or project controls within construction, consulting, or similar industries.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Exposure to programme controls, PMO, or project management environments.

The Role

The Reporting Engineer is to support the delivery of programme and project reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. This role combines reporting coordination, data analysis, and dashboard development, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

You will play a key role in supporting programme controls, enabling data-driven decision-making through high-quality reporting outputs and Power BI solutions.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Support the preparation, coordination, and distribution of weekly and monthly project/programme reports.
• Assist in maintaining the reporting calendar and ensuring timely submission from stakeholders.
• Review and validate project dashboards and reports, identifying inconsistencies or data gaps.
• Consolidate reporting inputs across multiple projects and provide summary insights.
• Assist in developing and standardizing reporting templates, tools, and procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams, PMCs, and stakeholders to improve reporting quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Support the development of data models, visualizations, and automated reporting solutions.
• Provide basic analysis and commentary on reporting outputs to support decision-making.
• Work closely with technical teams to enhance and optimize BI tools and systems.
• Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather reporting inputs and resolve issues.
• Respond to stakeholder queries and reporting requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Support reporting presentations and provide insights during project review meetings.

You’ll Need To Have

• Experience in reporting, data analysis, or project controls within construction, consulting, or similar industries.
• Hands‑on experience using Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Basic understanding of project/programme reporting cycles (weekly/monthly reporting).
• Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, or similar).
• Exposure to programme controls, PMO, or project management environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate and analyze data.
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll Also Have

• Knowledge of construction/infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with data modelling and reporting automation.
• Working towards a professional certification (e.g., APM, PMI, or equivalent).
