Job summary

Mace is seeking a Reporting Engineer to support programme reporting, analytics, and BI solutions. You will coordinate and deliver weekly and monthly reports, build dashboards in Power BI, and enable data-driven decisions for internal and external stakeholders.

You will work with project teams, PMOs, and tech teams to refine data models, automate reporting, and ensure timely, accurate outputs. This role offers flexible/hybrid arrangements within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, data analysis, or project controls within construction, consulting, or similar industries.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Exposure to programme controls, PMO, or project management environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce weekly and monthly project reports.
• Validate dashboards and data, identify inconsistencies and data gaps.
• Consolidate inputs from multiple projects and provide summaries.
• Develop and standardise reporting templates, tools, and procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to improve reporting quality.
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI and support data model development.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Provide basic analysis and commentary to support decision making.
