Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Reporting Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights using Google Workspace. You will build automated data pipelines in Google Sheets and design live, interactive Looker Studio dashboards, then present clear business narratives via Google Slides.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Google formulas, data connections, and workflow automation, with strong analytical thinking and collaboration skills. Onsite with shift flexibility is preferred.

Position Summary :

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for transforming raw operational data into actionable insights using the complete Google Workspace ecosystem. This role focuses on building automated data pipelines in Google Sheets, designing live, interactive dashboards in Looker Studio, and presenting clear business narratives via Google Slides. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Google-specific formulas, data connections, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Workspace Data Management

• Extract, clean, and consolidate large datasets using advanced Google Sheetsfunctions (e.g., QUERY, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

• Utilize Google Formsand linked Sheets to capture daily operational data, ensuring inputs are standardized and clean.

• Manage data permissions and access controls across shared Google Drives to maintain data security and integrity.

2. Dashboard Creation & Visualization (Looker Studio)

• Design, build, and maintain live, interactive dashboards in Looker Studio(formerly Google Data Studio) that track core KPIs (e.g., SLAs, AHT, CSAT, Attrition).

• Connect various data sources (Google Sheets, BigQuery, Google Analytics, or third-party APIs) directly into Looker Studio for real-time reporting.

• Troubleshoot broken data connections or slow-loading reports within the Google environment.

3. Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks and data transfers using Google Apps Scriptor third-party add-ons to eliminate manual data entry.

• Streamline the flow of data between different Google tools to create seamless, hands-off reporting ecosystems.

4. Stakeholder Communication & Presentation

• Translate complex performance data into clear, easy-to-digest visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.

• Compile and format high-level data decks using Google Slidesfor weekly syncs and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for any Google Workspace reporting capabilities, training Team Leaders or management on how to navigate and read the Looker Studio dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Advanced Google Sheets Proficiency:Deep understanding of complex, nested formulas specifically tailored to Google Sheets (especially QUERYand array functions).

• Data Visualization:Proven experience building multi-page, interactive reports in Looker Studio / Google Data Studio.

• Basic Scripting (Bonus):Familiarity with Google Apps Script or JavaScript to automate Sheet functions and email triggers.

• Analytical Thinking:High attention to detail with the ability to spot trends, gaps, and operational bottlenecks within the data.

• Collaboration:Experience working in a real-time, cloud-based collaborative environment, managing version control and shared document hygiene.

• Amenable to work onsite and flexible with shift.
