• Process Improvement: drive time-to-value improvements and support change management across large user bases.
• Data Analysis: cleanse and analyze data from multiple sources for reporting accuracy.

Position Summary As a Strategic/Project Resource, you will operate with high ownership and independence to provide decision support for the Office of the CIO. You will act as a Team Leader, overseeing operational tasks while focusing on the strategic implementation of the end-to-end AI tool lifecycle, from demand intake to value realization. This role requires a proactive individual capable of navigating an evolving operating model with high leadership visibility

Essential skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Power Query, Data Visualization).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and transforming data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in leading teams and coordinating tasks between various functions

Desired technical skills

• Exposure to AI tools, governance, or automation (e.g., Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Power BI or other Business Intelligence platforms

• Project & Governance Management: Track AI tools across all lifecycle stages and support governance efforts to minimize tool sprawl and control costs.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate tasks for a small team of project administrators/associates to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Strategic Reporting: Develop and maintain executive-level status reports, metrics, and dashboards to track technology adoption, consumption, and usage trends.
• Process Improvement: Identify and support process improvements to reduce "time-to-value" and assist in change management and adoption initiatives across ~65,000 users.
• Data Analysis: Gather, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting technology value.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact for strategic inquiries and present findings/recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
