TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Replenishment Support professional in the Philippines, based in Muntinlupa with a hybrid work setup. The role supports the Replenishment Planner in PR to PO and Delivery Order creation, focusing on customer satisfaction and replenishment cycles.

You will work cross-functionally with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams to ensure timely stock and order fulfillment, while maintaining accurate master data and monitoring key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Direct intercompany flows for TE plants and DCs.
• Manage and execute procurement and related activities to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time by executing manual delivery orders and reviewing with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve critical exception messages, blocked orders, and customer returns.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and Inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve service through cross-functional collaboration on inventory delivery performance.
• Maintain key master data attributes to ensure accuracy and governance.

Job Overview

Responsible for assisting the Replenishment Planner in PR to PO and Delivery Order Creation. This position is focused on customer satisfaction and replenishment cycles

and works cross-functionally with Planning team, DC Operations team and Customer Care team.

Job Requirements

• Direct intercompany flows for assigned TE plants and DC’s.


• Manage and execute procurement and relating activities to ensure timely stock replenishment throughreleases to intercompany plants.


• Ensures Customer Orders are delivered on time and without issues by executing manual delivery orders andperforms regular review with customer care.


• Analyse and resolved critical exception messages, blocked customer orders, customer returns,


• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR and STS, and Inventory


• Proactively identify opportunities to better serve our customers through cross-functional teams via inventory improved delivery performance.


• Maintain key master data attributes to ensure performance accuracy and adequate system governance.
