Job summary

Te Connectivity Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Replenishment Planner to manage stock replenishment from TE Plants to Distribution Centers, ensuring inventory levels meet customer demand. You will collaborate with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care to keep orders flowing on time.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP/ERP, and knowledge of MRP, purchasing, and inventory management, with the ability to work across functions and adapt to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with MRP, Procurement, Purchasing (3-5 years).
• Experience in planning and Supply Chain Management (3-5 years).
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills.
• Detail-oriented with cross-functional communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct intercompany material flows for TE plants and DCs.
• Manage procurement activities from requisition to PO release.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery.
• Analyze and resolve critical issues like exception messages and returns.
• Monitor KPIs: Past Due to Request, STR, STS, inventory levels.
• Identify improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
