Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Stock Replenishment Specialist in the Philippines to manage intercompany material flows from TE plants to Distribution Centers, ensuring inventories meet demand and orders are delivered on time. You will work closely with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams to optimize replenishment cycles.

The role requires 3–5 years in SAP-based planning, MRP, and procurement, with a focus on data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration to boost service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP, procurement and purchasing processes.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct intercompany material flows for TE plants and DCs.
• Manage procurement from requisition to PO release for replenishment.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free delivery by coordinating with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve issues like exceptions, blocked orders, and returns.
• Monitor KPIs such as Past Due to Request, STR, STS and inventory levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service, inventory efficiency, or delivery.
• Maintain accurate master data and governance in TE systems.
