Job summary

Revaya is seeking a dependable Rental Operations Assistant to support daily rental operations. You will process approved rental orders, enter data into POR, and maintain organized records.

Work with Inside Sales to verify details, prevent duplicates, and resolve unclear requests. The ideal candidate has experience in construction equipment rental or administrative order processing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in construction equipment rental or administrative order processing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience managing shared email inboxes and maintaining records.
• Ability to follow established procedures and checklists.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the shared rental orders inbox and track requests using the status process.
• Enter complete and approved rental orders into Point of Rental (POR).
• Process routine off-rent and rental termination requests with pickup instructions.
• Verify customer info, equipment details, rental dates, delivery locations, POs, job numbers, rates, and notes.
• Maintain accurate system entries and ensure requests are traceable to original emails.
• Organize incoming requests to prevent duplicates and escalate issues when needed.
• Escalate questions about rates, availability, delivery commitments, and re-rents to Inside Sales.
• Handle straightforward phone orders after training using approved scripts.
• Follow internal checklists to ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Support the Inside Sales team with routine administrative requests.
