Job summary

Revaya seeks a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee work order management for a portfolio of multifamily properties. You will track requests from intake to completion, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service.

You will collaborate with the Regional Property Manager, onsite technicians, residents, and vendors, leveraging AppFolio to optimize maintenance workflows and improve resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of property maintenance coordination experience with U.S. property management companies; multifamily residential experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AppFolio for work order management and maintenance coordination.
• Strong understanding of U.S. property management maintenance workflows, including repairs, work orders, vendor coordination, and unit turns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Work Order Management & Tracking across multiple properties; audit and clean backlog.
• Review new work orders daily in AppFolio; acknowledge resident requests and assign tasks.
• Prepare and distribute daily work order assignments to technicians and vendors; monitor progress.
• Track 15–20 work orders per day; follow up on overdue items and resolve delays to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate multi-step maintenance jobs including parts orders and return visits; ensure all steps are completed.
• Close work orders only after completion is confirmed and notes are recorded; coordinate unit turns with onsite teams.
