YTO EXPRESS (PHILIPPINES) TECHNOLOGY GROUP CORPORATION is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to supervise and monitor all rented vehicles and fleet units assigned to the company. You will maintain a database of rental fleet details, ensure contracts, registrations, insurance, and permits are up to date, and oversee documentation related to fleet operations.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in fleet management or related logistics, proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems, and strong

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
2–3 years of fleet management or logistics experience.
Experience coordinating with rental providers and branches.
Proficient in Excel and fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, deployment, transfers, and returns.
Coordinate with rental companies regarding reservations, replacements, extensions, renewals, and returns.
Monitor expiration dates of rental contracts, vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and other documents.
Coordinate with rental providers regarding maintenance, repairs, inspections, and breakdown assistance.
Monitor downtime and coordinate replacements or repairs to minimize disruptions.
Conduct or coordinate regular vehicle inspections for condition, safety, and cleanliness.
Document vehicle condition before and after deployment and facilitate returns.
Investigate and document vehicle damages, accidents, losses, and fleet incidents.
Review and validate rental charges, fees, penalties, and repair costs.
Prepare regular fleet reports on availability, utilization, maintenance, downtime, and expenses.
