Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee fleet administration, maintenance scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate repairs, inspections, insurance, and incident reports to keep the fleet running safely and cost-efficiently.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and strong communication with drivers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely vehicle availability and optimal logistics

Qualifications

College graduate preferably in Logistics/Operations.
3–5 years of related work experience.
Experience in Logistics/E-Commerce operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Fleet Management Administration: Maintain records of fleet vehicles, ownership, registration, and insurance information.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure fleet documents are organized, up to date, and compliant with policies and regulations.
Fleet Reporting & Data Management: Prepare reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and costs; analyze data for trends and improvements.
Fleet Coordination: Allocate vehicles, assist drivers with queries, and coordinate with maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Cost Management: Monitor fleet expenses and suggest cost-saving measures; assist budgeting.
Claims Processing: Review and process trucking-related claims and ensure proper documentation.
Investigation and Analysis: Conduct investigations into claims, partner with teams to gather data, identify root causes, and propose preventive actions.
