Job summary

Workswell Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Renovations Project Supervisor for on-site work in Makati. The role requires 3 years of interior renovation experience and 3 years in site management, plus ability to read Chinese architectural plans and coordinate with the Beijing HQ.

Candidate must be a graduate of Architecture or Engineering, with strong leadership to oversee contractors, timelines, budgets, and safety compliance, delivering quality results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Architecture or Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in interior renovation construction.
• 3 years of exposure to site management.
• Able to read and interpret Chinese architectural plans; coordinate with Beijing HQ.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, verify and cascade details of Architectural plans and MEPFS.
• Oversee renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Communicate project updates and address issues promptly.
• Maintain quality standards and client satisfaction.
