Job summary

Envision Energy is seeking a Project Development Associate to support the end-to-end development of wind, solar, and BESS projects in Southeast Asia. You will help with site screening, permitting, feasibility studies, and stakeholder coordination to accelerate the energy transition.

The role requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to work across multicultural teams. Mandarin fluency is a plus, and willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in energy and power engineering, mechanical engineering, or related STEM fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; fluent in English; willingness to travel.
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability; experience as a student leader is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle of renewable energy projects (wind, solar, BESS).
• Assist in site identification, permitting, feasibility studies, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate environmental and social impact assessment processes.
• Track timelines and deliverables; assist in internal reports and investment documents.
