Job summary

Envision Energy in Manila is seeking a Project Development Associate to support the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and BESS. You will help with site screening, permitting, feasibility studies, and stakeholder coordination to accelerate Southeast Asia’s energy transition.

The role requires a STEM background, strong English communication, data analysis, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields such as energy, power, mechanical engineering.
• Experience as a student leader or officer is a plus.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and coordination skills.
• Strong data analysis, summarization ability, and accountability.
• Willingness to travel and work in multicultural environments.
• Experience studying or living in China or Mandarin fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screening and evaluating renewable energy project opportunities.
• Conduct market and regulatory research for target countries.
• Support stakeholder engagement with government, communities, and consultants.
• Coordinate environmental and social impact assessment processes.
• Track project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare internal reports and investment approval documents.
