Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Finance Admin Staff to support the Renewables Finance Team with strong data and records management. You will handle VDRs, DocuSign execution, and the preparation of payment requests while coordinating with regulatory agencies.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, solid communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across departments. A bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance or Business-related degrees are preferred).
• At least one (1) year of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in handling physical and digital filing systems, VDRs, and DocuSign.
• Experience processing administrative financial requests (RFPs/PRs) and coordinating logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage virtual data rooms (VDR), organize digitized records, and oversee documents; label, index, and monitor.
• Physically submit official documents to tax/regulatory offices (e.g., BIR, DOE, ERC) for audit trails and route for DocuSign.
• Serve as receptionist for 1RE Finance; handle document inflows/outflows and liaise across departments for system concerns.
• Prepare RFPs and PRs, and coordinate meeting schedules, travel, and accommodations for events.
