Job summary

AboitizPower in the Philippines seeks a senior leader to define and govern fleet-wide outage strategies and Capex projects across hydro, geothermal, solar, and pumped storage. You will oversee multi-site outage governance, drive portfolio management, and coordinate with asset management across renewables to improve safety, cost, and timelines.

You will bring 18–20 years of power-generation experience, plus executive leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and ensure project readiness

Qualifications

• 18–20 years in power generation and technical management across renewables.
• Experience leading fleet-wide outage governance and Capex oversight.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define standardized outage governance and readiness monitoring across fleet.
• Lead mandatory gate reviews and post-outage evaluations.
• Oversee Capex project portfolio and PMO governance across sites.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple sites and units.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance in outages.
