SOLAREADY INC. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Electrical Engineer to join its growing renewable energy team as a Business Operations Manager.

The role focuses on overseeing daily operations and coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Projects, Procurement, Finance, and Installation. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in operations or project management within solar or renewable energy, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel to project

Qualifications

Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is required.
3–5 years’ experience in operations, project management, construction, solar, or renewable energy.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of electrical/solar systems and project execution.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily business and project operations.
Coordinate Sales, Project, Procurement, Finance, and Installation teams.
Monitor project timelines, costs, materials, and contractors.
Manage supplier and contractor relationships.
Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and according to company standards.
Handle customer concerns and after-sales coordination.
Develop and improve operational systems and processes.
Prepare operational reports and assist management in business planning.
