Private Advertiser in Makati seeks a Solar Operations Manager to lead our technical and project operations, turning solar projects into field execution from planning to installation and commissioning.

You will work with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Sales, suppliers and field teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality standards, leveraging solar PV knowledge and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Proven solar/renewable energy operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership, project management, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and operational reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical and field operations across solar projects.
• Drive efficient project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Develop practical operating plans that improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Lead, coach, and develop technical teams, supervisors, and field personnel.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Sales for smooth project delivery.
• Track project timelines, technical deliverables, and key operational milestones.
• Resolve technical and operational issues quickly to minimize project delays and disruptions.
• Conduct site inspections, operational reviews, and quality and safety checks.
• Identify and implement improvements in workflows, systems, and technical processes.
• Support the adoption of best practices and emerging solar technologies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other external partners.
• Prepare operational reports and present project updates and performance metrics to senior management.
• Track KPIs covering project completion, operational efficiency, safety, and team performance.
