Job summary

RayEnergy Innovation Tech Inc. is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) with solar energy experience to support solar projects through site visits, technical assessments, installation supervision, and after-sales service.

This role collaborates with clients, contractors, suppliers, and the internal engineering team to ensure quality outcomes. Candidates should have 1–3 years in solar or related electrical fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and be willing to travel to

Qualifications

Must hold a current REE license and be eligible to practice as an electrical engineer.
1–3 years of experience in solar energy or related electrical field preferred.
Experience with solar PV installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, or after-sales service is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical assessments for solar PV projects.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of solar energy systems.
Ensure designs and installations comply with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and system testing to resolve electrical/solar issues.
Provide after-sales technical support and service for installed solar PV systems.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on technical/project requirements.
Prepare technical/site assessment reports and electrical documentation, and provide engineering recommendations.
