Qualifications

• Must hold a current REE license and be eligible to practice as an electrical engineer.
• 1–3 years of experience in solar energy or related electrical field preferred.
• Experience with solar PV installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, or after-sales service is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical assessments for solar PV projects.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of solar energy systems.
• Ensure designs and installations comply with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and system testing to resolve electrical/solar issues.
• Provide after-sales technical support and service for installed solar PV systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on technical/project requirements.
• Prepare technical/site assessment reports and electrical documentation, and provide engineering recommendations.

The successful candidate will support our solar projects through site visits, technical assessment, installation supervision, and after-sales service. This position will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and our internal engineering team.

• Prepare technical reports, site assessment reports, electrical documentation, and provide engineering recommendations for solar projects.

About you

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 1-3 years of experience in the solar energy industry or a related electrical field.
• Experience in solar PV installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, or after-sales service is highly preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits, perform field work, and travel to project locations as required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Licensed fresh graduates with relevant solar training or internship experience may also be considered.
