Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking an accomplished Project Development CEO to lead a portfolio of large-scale renewable energy projects in the Philippines. You will drive development, commercial structuring, and execution from early-stage progress to FID readiness, while supervising construction to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven executive track record in utility-scale renewable energy or energy infra development.
• Experience taking projects through permitting, grid access, and FID.
• Background with infrastructure funds or IPPs is preferred.
• Strong commercial structuring, project finance, and contract negotiations (EPC/O&M).
• Able to navigate complex regulatory environments in the Philippines and build trusted partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership & Portfolio Strategy: drive development progression across multiple projects and milestones in permitting, grid interconnection, and commercial structuring.
• Commercial Optimization & Value Creation: lead PPA/offtake strategies, contracting frameworks, and cost optimization to create bankable structures.
• Investment Decision & Execution Oversight: prepare assets for FID and oversee transition into construction.
• High-Level Stakeholder Management: represent the project with government authorities, regulators, lenders, and partners.
• Team & Resource Management: direct and mentor local delivery teams to maximize cross-project synergy and risk control.
