Job summary

KNWN Local is seeking an experienced video editor to craft real estate YouTube content that builds trust and generates leads for multiple clients. You will edit raw footage into engaging, watcher-friendly videos within a fast-paced pod structure under a YouTube Manager.

The role emphasizes weekly delivery targets, collaboration with strategists, writers, and designers, and a strong focus on data-driven improvements and on-brand graphics.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve; familiar with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Comfort with Frame.io, Notion, and Dropbox in daily workflows.
• Solid motion graphics foundation; quick to learn brand guidelines.
• Able to balance speed and quality; accepts feedback and revisions.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver 2–3 videos per week during onboarding, with 72‑hour turnaround.
• QC own edits against a checklist before submission.
• Communicate daily and report progress to keep workflows smooth.
• Conduct retention reviews and stay ahead of YouTube trends.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, and designers; share resources.
• Monitor client channels and identify optimization opportunities.
