Job summary

2X Integrators and Staffing is seeking a Video Editor to produce short-form videos with strong messaging from long-form coaching calls and podcasts. The role centers on cutting moments that grab attention within the first few seconds, while avoiding over-edited outputs.

You will manage two real estate coaching brands and scale to additional brands as the portfolio grows. Responsibilities include 10 weekly short-form edits across brands (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), two YouTube edits per brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing short-form video cut from long-form source (podcasts, coaching calls, webinars).
• Portfolio shows clip selection judgment and ability to find moments that earn watch time.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.
• Graphic capability in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for thumbnails and brand assets.
• AI-assisted workflow fluency: transcript-based editing, auto-captioning, clip identification (Descript, Opus Clip, Premiere Text-Based Editing or equivalent).
• Excellent written English for captions and on-screen text.

Responsibilities

• Edit 10 short-form videos per week (5 per brand) for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts from weekly podcast episodes and coaching calls.
