You will bring scripts to life with footage, graphics, text overlays, and motion graphics while ensuring compliance with YouTube policies. This is a long-term role working directly with the business owner to refine the channel's style.

Qualifications

• Proven background editing long-form YouTube videos, ideally faceless or narration-driven content.
• Thorough knowledge of YouTube content policies, community guidelines, and copyright rules, including how strikes, claims, and channel restrictions occur and how to prevent them.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Skilled in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong sense of modern editing style, covering pacing, motion graphics, text animation, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work precisely from supplied scripts and translate them faithfully into video.
• Detail-conscious, dependable, and able to self-direct.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
