Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Working Capital Transformation Lead for a remote, day-shift role in Metro Manila. You will drive supplier trading terms, optimize working capital, and lead negotiations with international suppliers, including MOQs and payment terms.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain to implement term improvements, monitor milestones, and report realized benefits while ensuring governance and risk controls are observed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procurement transformation.
• Experience with B2B product-based businesses with Chinese suppliers.
• Experience with Australian businesses.
• Experience in supplier commercial negotiations (payment terms & MOQs).
• Experience delivering working capital improvement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional transformation or supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an engagement strategy to improve supplier trading terms (payments and MOQs).
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital through supplier terms.
• Renegotiate trading terms with suppliers per strategy.
• Lead commercial discussions within established guidelines and approvals.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations for approvals.
• Monitor negotiations and track benefits from term improvements.
