AYA HEALTHCARE INTERNATIONAL BPO, INC. seeks a Workday Integration Specialist to maintain 40+ integrations and build new ones across Workday modules.

You will work with HR, IT, and cross‑functional teams to configure, test, and launch updates while ensuring data security and compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience with Workday integrations (RaaS, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP) and Prism reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years implementing and supporting Workday integrations including Core Connectors, RaaS, and REST or SOAP APIs with testing, troubleshooting and post‑go‑live stabilization
• Experience updating and developing Prism reports and dashboards
• Workday certification in Integrations, Studio, and/or Prism is a plus
• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, and Core HCM workstreams is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders and vendors
• Willingness to work night shift, shifts, and rotating schedules
• Available to start in October

Responsibilities

• Design and implement external and internal Workday integrations using RaaS, SOAP/REST APIs, and Workday Studio; manage testing and post‑go‑live stability
• Review and test integration setup during semiannual Workday updates and prepare for year‑end
• Monitor integration performance and pursue efficiency while ensuring data security and compliance
• Develop Prism reports using legacy data and validate data quality before production launch
