Job summary

Innovature BPO in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Workday Administrator to join our remote team. You will manage Workday administration, security, configurations, and integrations, collaborating with functional experts to implement efficient solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT or related field and at least 2 years of Workday experience, plus familiarity with ERP/CRM and database systems. We offer a dynamic, open culture and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology fields.
2+ years' experience with Workday in an administration role.
Experience with ERP, CRM and databases.
Ability to prioritize as business needs change.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
Understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, Accounting.

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance of the Workday platform as a technical expert applying best practices.
Perform Workday administrative functions including security, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and integrations support.
Collaborate with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders to test and implement efficient solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements.
Model best practice components of customer service.
