Job summary

The HIRD- Philippines is hiring a Workforce Software Senior Consultant / Solution Architect to lead design, configuration, and implementation of Workforce Software solutions across Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Compliance in a fully remote setup.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, drive integration with SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems, manage mid-sized projects, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with clients throughout the

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workforce Software implementation.
• Strong expertise in WFS Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Reporting.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise interfaces.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions and develop solution blueprints.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms.
• Configure and implement WFS modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Forecasting.
• Conduct client workshops to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce optimization, time and attendance processes, and compliance.
• Act as a subject matter expert during pre-sales and project delivery activities.
• Manage small to mid-sized implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Design and implement system interfaces using APIs and ETL tools.
• Develop and enable standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, system errors, and performance-related challenges.
