Job summary
The HIRD- Philippines is seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant L2 with hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance. This role focuses on configuring workforce management solutions, validating time results, and supporting SAP integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
The ideal candidate will configure schedules, quota banks, pay codes, and ensure results align with business requirements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote
Qualifications
- Hands-on WFS Time & Attendance knowledge.
- Experience configuring and validating time results.
- Experience with SAP integrations in HR/payroll.
- Experience with testing and go-live activities.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support WFS Time & Attendance including schedules, quota banks, pay codes, and time-result validations.
- Navigate WFS configurations and policy editor to align with business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and support WFS configuration and maintenance.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, validate results, troubleshoot issues, and support defect resolution.
- Support WFS integration with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, ECC and other modules.
- Prepare and maintain technical & functional documentation, TOR, configuration details, and test reports.
- Participate in implementation activities, system testing, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and other consultants to ensure successful delivery.
- Support SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll related processes where applicable.
