Job summary

Gratitude Philippines seeks an experienced WFS / Techno-Functional Consultant L2 to implement and support Workforce Software Time & Attendance and related integrations. The role requires hands-on configuration of WFS, work schedules, quota banks, pay codes, and time results validation, with strong exposure to SAP EC, ECP, ECC, or other enterprise systems.

The position is fully remote with a competitive monthly salary of PHP 100,000–200,000, subject to internal approval and candidate evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on WFS Time & Attendance experience.
• PT103 certification is mandatory.
• Experience configuring WFS work schedules, quota banks, and pay code validation.
• Experience with WFS integrations involving SAP EC/ECP/ECC or other enterprise systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and techno-functional skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Use Policy Editor to validate results against business requirements.
• Work with WFS TOR and related workforce management functionalities.

• Execute reports, troubleshoot configuration issues, and validate system results.
• Support testing, cutover, implementation, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve functional and integration issues.
• Ensure accurate time and attendance processing aligned with business policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
