Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of financial planning to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will advise on cash-flow, debt payoff, and retirement drawdown while producing polished documents for AI-generated outputs.

The role is fully remote, 5–20 hours weekly, with flexible start dates. Compensation is $70/hour, reflecting senior FP expertise and client-facing advisory work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years advising individual clients on household cash-flow planning, debt payoff scheduling, and retirement drawdown modeling.
• Ability to turn scattered accounts and goals into a clear, goals-based financial plan.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated financial documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop household cash-flow plans, goals-based financial plans, retirement models, debt payoff schedules, net-worth statements, and risk-tolerance questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Ethos and AI lab to align outputs with client needs.
