Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced personal finance consultants to help train our language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will craft clear, goals-based financial plans and refine AI-generated documents for individual clients with 4+ years of advising on cash-flow planning, debt payoff schedules, and retirement drawdown modeling.

This is a fully remote engagement, offering flexible hours (5-20 per week) at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years advising individual clients on household cash-flow planning, debt payoff scheduling, and retirement drawdown modeling
• Skilled at turning a client's scattered accounts and goals into a clear, goals-based financial plan they can actually follow
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: household cash-flow plans, goals-based financial plans, retirement drawdown models, debt payoff schedules, net-worth statements, and risk-tolerance questionnaires
