Job summary

GoLean Health seeks a Virtual Medical Assistant (Administrative / Receptionist) to support a chiropractic clinic remotely. The role operates on US Eastern Time, part-time with a 30-hour work week and potential to scale to full-time.

You will screen calls, manage messages, and input care plans into EMR while coordinating with the in-house team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of US-based medical admin experience, strong English, and excellent emotional intelligence to handle urgent

Qualifications

Advanced near-native English verbal and written communication skills.
At least 1 year supporting US-based medical or administrative clinics.
Ability to stay calm, grounded, and solution-oriented in emotional or urgent patient situations.
Nice-to-have experience in a chiropractic or wellness facility.

Responsibilities

Reception & communication management including screening calls, triaging, and message monitoring.
Data entry and care plan tracking in EMR, with reminders and timestamps.
Documentation support: pre-fill paperwork, intake management, and onboarding accuracy.
Future tasks: legal liaison and external marketing tracking contacts and scheduling support.
